Joe has held a myriad of leadership roles across a wide range of departments. His experiences include directly leading large departments with over 100 employees/supervisors at a regional telephone center and a multitude of small departments of 20 employees. In total, Joe has been responsible for the management of over 1200 employees during his 37 years in corporate leadership. Additionally, he has been a business unit Safety Facilitator for more than 500 employees. Joe’s skills in hiring, recognition programs, accountabilities for the work force are vast. The privilege of studying the principles of Dr. W. E. Deming's Total Quality Management System with the prestigious Japanese Union of Scientists and Engineers, world leaders in the study and development of Quality Management for problem solving, is noted as one of Joe’s most outstanding career highlights. His classroom training credentials exceed two thousand hours. Joe works with professionals, corporations, employee training, and executives as their personal coach in leadership development. · Served five years as a Board member and Executive Board Director of the Port Orange/South Daytona Chamber of Commerce, as well as the Vice President of Special Projects · 2 Years Team Leader of the Staff Parish Committee for his local Christian Church where he has held many leadership and support positions · He is currently working with a Utility on a two year time bound project; scheduled to end in late 2012 with cutting edge technology in automated billing · Additionally, he has been an instructor for a rehabilitation program for criminal offenders · He is the father of two children and married to his high school sweetheart for 35 years. Joe says it has been the happiest four years of his wife's life. :>) In the youth recreation arena, Joe has trained over 1000 volunteer youth coaches for multiple City, County, and P.A.L.

Dr. Timothy L. McNeil is the Executive Director of the Genesis Counseling Center in Ormond Beach, Florida. He is licensed as a mental health counselor in Florida and excels in providing coaching and consulting to individuals, groups, businesses, and not-for-profit organizations. His unique background enables him to integrate spiritual and clinical skills in his practice of coaching, consulting, and psychotherapy. Tim is skilled in helping individuals, systems, groups, and teams to move out of reactive and protective behaviors to becoming intentionally targeted and purposeful. He has worked extensively with private businesses, hospitals, and he has over 30 years experience in working with not-for-profits. Kelly KannonIt is with great sadness that Kelly Kannon passed away March 29th 2010.
Kelly fought a long and difficult battle with cancer. Words can not express how much she will be missed. Most recently, she researched and developed the multi-site concept for one of the larger churches in central Florida. Her work included identifying and equipping strategic leaders, developing the process for implementation, and overseeing the launching of three additional worship locations.
Kelly has served in strategic leadership positions for over 12 years in the technology field within higher education. She has also been an Adjunct Professor for Stetson University’s School of Business teaching technology courses. Her knowledge and experience in leadership development and team building has given her the opportunity to work with a wide variety of clients in banking, higher education, insurance, utilities and non profit organizations.
